The problem
An eight-restaurant group needs shared processes for people, documents, money and access. When each process lives in a separate tool, the work between tools falls to the team.
My role
Since February 2026, I have been CTO at Iruña Todotel in Pamplona. I lead architecture and hands-on delivery of its internal ERP, connecting operational workflows into a shared platform.
What I work on
- Workforce and attendance, including NFC and WebAuthn workflows.
- HR intake, payroll operations and document automation.
- POS and cash reconciliation, invoices and back-office processes.
- Identity, permissions, service ownership and production monitoring.
The platform combines shared foundations with workflows for individual teams. Permissions, operational ownership and reliability are part of the product work.
What this case demonstrates
Turning an operational problem into a usable internal system means understanding the work, deciding what to connect, and maintaining what people depend on. This role brings together my background in operations and product management with hands-on software delivery.
